What Insurances do we accept?
We accept Medicare, Medicaid, Aetna, Anthem, Medical Mutual of Ohio, United Healthcare.
Glendale Place also accepts Humana
Western Hills also accepts Aetna Better Health, Humana, Mutual of Omaha, and Molina
Is visitation open?
Visitation is currently open for visitors and family at all of our locations. Restrictions may need to be implemented depending on any COVID-19 active cases.
Visiting hours are from 8a-8p with extended hours as needed.
Do we have memory care units?
Yes, all of our skilled nursing facilities offer a secure dementia unit that is staffed 24/7 with nurses and aides. Semi-private and private rooms are available, however some locations feature all private suites.
Can I get help with Medicaid?
Our Admissions Directors can assist you with applying for Medicaid benefits. Our facilities are limited on the number of Medicaid patients we can accept. Check with the location you are working with for more details.
