"The staff here are so nice. Excellent service. I had a very nice stay here and PT was outstanding."
"My grandmother was a patient on the rehab unit. We visited several different communities before choosing this one. Therapy was excellent, everyone accommodating, aides attentive and compassionate staff. If the need arises again we know where to go."
I just wanted to send a note of thanks to you and the staff there at Glendale Place. Your kindness and care of my mother meant so much to me and my sisters at a very difficult time. Everyone was very thoughtful and understanding and it really means more than you know.
Thank you all for your help and your kindness to us and to my mother while she lived here at Glendale Place. It is never easy to place a parent in a nursing home, but we know that she was well taken care of and we deeply appreciate all that you did.
A little over three years ago, I had a most unfortunate accident injuring my leg. After the injury I underwent over 3 weeks of intensive therapy here at Western Hills Retirement Village. Toward the end of my therapy my surgeon informed me that I would no longer be able to use a lot of stairs. To my surprise, the incredibly friendly and accommodating staff informed me that an apartment was available here at the village. I loved the staff so much that I decided, to make the village my home. I currently live in independent living and have a social calendar packed with activities offered by the friendly staff.
My wife and I are completely satisfied with the care at WHRV. We both agree that from the time of admission to the time of discharge we experience professional care, kindness and consideration for my wife's well-being. We experienced clean surroundings and prompt, sincere attention. WHRV rehab unit is clearly the next best thing to being at home.
My rehab stay was very pleasant and I met a lot of kind people. The therapy was great, I had wonderful therapists that helped me return home. My stay at WHRV was a very pleasant experience.
We are enjoying the friendship and companionship of many other people, served by a well-trained staff who provide a wide variety of activities for both active and inactive people, and an excellent selection of food. We feel good knowing our children don’t have to worry about our well-being.
The Lodge management met all our needs, and every staff member gave us great service in a friendly way that made us feel at home. This includes all departments: medical, activities, food service, maintenance, and housekeeping. The Activities Director even went out of her way to help us register to vote within the short deadline we had. Ann and I especially enjoyed how quickly staff members called us by name. It is a pleasure to be able to recommend The Lodge to anyone seeking a retirement community,
I was looking for a good rehab place, the bed and food was good, but the therapy was exceptional! I have been at Sanctuary twice and the staff have made it for an easy transfer home.
From the nursing staff to the Therapy staff, everyone has been great and really friendly, therapy worked me hard and got me back up on my feet so that I could return home.
My mother made Oak Creek Terrace her home in 2009 in an assisted living apartment and is now in skilled nursing. In 2010, because of the excellent care at Oak Creek, Mom was able to return to independent living for two years. When Mom's health declined, she wanted to move back to be with her Oak Creek family. Many of her caregivers have been with Mom since the beginning. The staff does all the little things right, which make the big things take care of themselves.
My wife has been at Oak Creek Terrace for five years. I visit her twice a day and the staff treats both of us like family. I couldn’t be more pleased with the care that my wife receives…it’s excellent, excellent care!
It's not just how the staff at The Lodge treated mom during her rehab stay, but how they've treated me. And how they treat all the residents! Being here almost every day, while mom has therapy or activities, I watched interactions between staff and residents. Thank you to all of the staff who have made mom's stay a real sigh of relief.
My family and I are so thankful and appreciative for the care and compassion provided during our father's stay. Thanks to everyone who took part in his care to make his time at The Lodge as comfortable as it could be.
