Short-Term Rehab Private Rooms Available!

Sanctuary Pointe Nursing & Rehab Center is centrally located just North of Interstate 275 on Hamilton Ave. in Colerain Township. We provide an array of rehabilitative and nursing services to all of Greater Cincinnati’s senior population. Our convenient location to most major hospitals makes it an easy transition when leaving the hospital. We can admit new patients not only upon discharge but also from the emergency room, doctor’s office or home. Contact us for more details.

Memory Care

Our secure, smaller units range from 12-36 beds, offer a calm environment for those with dementia or Alzheimer’s Disease.

Rehabilitation

We understand getting you back on your feet and home safely is our top priority which is why we are able to provide physical, occupational and speech therapy every day of the week as ordered by the patient’s physician.

Skilled Nursing

The most common type of long-term care is personal care—help with everyday activities, also called “activities of daily living.”
