Our Dedicated Staff & Hospital Admissions Down due to COVID-19 Vaccine

Greg Sander has been with Caring Place Healthcare Group for 25 years. He attributes his longevity to his ability to advance in the company and being a family owned and operated business. He shares stats that hospital admissions are down across the state of Ohio. Watch his inspiring YouTube video.

Below is a document showing the impact of the COVID-19 vaccine on the senior population on hospitalizations. You will see that the Week of December 7, the 70+ population represented 56% of hospital admissions; and the week of April 12, they represent 24% of hospital admissions. The healthcare community attributes this 100% to vaccine uptake. There are a number of COVID variants floating around and one of the variants has a much greater effect on younger populations. If you haven’t had the COVID vaccine, we hope you will reconsider.

The Ohio Department of Health has resumed annual surveys this past week and we’re fortunate enough to be one of the first facilities to go through the survey process. The team at the Lodge Nursing & Rehab Center did an excellent job and I want to acknowledge everyone who works in the facility in all departments. Thank you all for your dedication to making quality count!
