CARING PLACE HEALTHCARE GROUP STATEMENT REGARDING COVID-19
The safety and well-being of our residents, patients, employees and visitors is our priority. During this period of heightened awareness, we are taking additional precautions. Click here for more information.
We want to first acknowledge our staff and the heroism of all healthcare workers. These front-line people work in all settings, not just hospitals, but our nursing facilities as well. They are caring for the most fragile and vulnerable in our population. Our healthcare staff are an extension of your family and are taking care of your loved ones with the utmost care and compassion.
All of us at Caring Place Healthcare Group follow the strictest infectious control standards to prevent the spread of the virus and ensure our residents and staff are monitored daily to remain safe. Staff's temperatures are checked daily at the start of each shift change, masks are worn by all staff, and environments are disinfected multiple times a day.
All Caring Place Healthcare Group skilled nursing locations are continuing to accept patients who need discharge arrangements when leaving the hospital, long-term care and Alzheimer's patients.
We will continue to limit visitation to medically necessary visits, end of life circumstances and when a clinician determines it is essential for a resident in need so that we can reduce possible risks associated with contracting/spreading the Covid-19 virus. In the meantime, we will be happy to arrange a Skype visit with your loved one.
Our commitment is to the safety of our staff, residents and communities. Thank you for your continued trust in the Caring Place Healthcare Group.
