Sanctuary Pointe Nursing & Rehab Center is centrally located just North of Interstate 275 on Hamilton Ave. in Colerain Township. We provide an array of rehabilitative and nursing services to all of Greater Cincinnati’s senior population. Our convenient location to most major hospitals makes it an easy transition when leaving the hospital. We can admit new patients not only upon discharge but also from the emergency room, doctor’s office or home. Contact us for more details.

This is a 5 Star rehab center. Everybody here cares for the patient. I was here in 2019 got my hip replaced and now my wife with her problems. She is in the same room now as what I had. I’m very happy she is here at Sanctuary Point.
My mother has been to Sanctuary Point a handful of times for rehab. She has been treated so well and had wonderful outcomes from each visit. The nursing and physical therapy and occupational therapist staff have become like family. They are so professional and compassionate. My mother refuses to go to any other facility.
Care is fabulous. Our nurses on both shifts are outstanding, our aides are so kind and helpful. Our Physical and Occupational people have got this man doing things our family wasn’t sure he’d ever do again. Since coming to Sanctuary Pointe we are able to awaken from a nightmare we thought may never end. Thank you for helping us.
