Glendale Place Nursing & Rehab Center is centrally located off I-75 and Glendale Milford Rd, just south of I-275. We provide an array of rehabilitative and nursing services to all of Greater Cincinnati’s senior population. Our convenient location to most major hospitals makes it an easy transition when leaving the hospital. We can admit new patients not only upon discharge but also from the emergency room, doctor’s office or home. Contact us for more details.
